Our products

We sell digital photo editing presets for Adobe Lightroom. Product images and before-and-after examples show real results, but your results will vary depending on the lighting, exposure and camera settings of your own photos.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown on the product page in the listed currency and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or an error in pricing, and any payment taken will be refunded in full

Delivery

Products are delivered instantly by download link, as described in our Digital Delivery Policy.

Licence to use our presets

When you buy a preset, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

Use the presets to edit your own photos or photos you edit for clients.
Use the edited photos for personal or commercial purposes.

You may not:

Resell, share, give away or distribute the preset files, in original or modified form.
Include the presets in any product, bundle or course offered to others.
Claim the presets as your own work.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

All presets, images, text and branding on marowis.com are owned by Nova Dig LTD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Limitation of liability

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
