Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on marowis.com, operated by Nova Dig LTD ("we", "us", "our").
Digital products
All products sold on marowis.com are digital photo editing presets delivered by instant download. Because digital files cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final once the download has started, except in the cases listed below.
Right to cancel
Before completing your purchase, you agree that your download will be available immediately and that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins. If you have not yet downloaded your order, you may request cancellation and a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
When we offer a refund
We will issue a full refund if:

The file you received is faulty, corrupted or incomplete, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 7 days of your report.

You were charged more than once for the same order.

You did not receive your download, and we are unable to deliver it after you contact us.
How to request a refund
Email med448761@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. We respond to all requests within 24–48 hours.
Processing refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly through our support team. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
